White cabbage 1 pc
Bulb onions 200 g
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices 2 tsp

Wash the head of cabbage, remove the top damaged leaves and cut out the stalk.

Place a whole head of cabbage in a saucepan and fill it with water. Place the pot of cabbage on the stove and bring the water to a boil.

Prepare the rice at the same time as the cabbage. Place the rice in a saucepan and rinse well in several waters. Pour a glass of water over the rice and cook until the water boils over medium heat without a lid. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.

Pour the onion into a preheated frying pan with 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add spices and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Remove the boiled rice from the heat and let it cool slightly.
