Cheese and Garlic Tongue Appetizer

A quick and simple snack for lovers of boiled tongue. The idea of this appetizer is very simple, but this makes the dish no less tasty. I usually spread the cheese mixture on pieces of toasted bread, but here I decided to use boiled tongue instead of bread. For beauty, I put slices of tongue on tomato slices. Both tasty and beautiful.

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Hard cheese 100 g
Mayonnaise 25 g
Pork tongue 2 pc

Decoration:

Tomatoes 2 pc
Parsley to taste
