When the mixture becomes more homogeneous and the flour has absorbed all the liquid, pour olive oil into the bowl. Continue stirring the ingredients. Mix the butter into the dough, first with a spoon, then with your hands, until the dough reaches the desired consistency: elastic and smooth and no longer sticks to your hands. If necessary, add more flour, but little by little so as not to overfill the dough with flour.
