A dietary dish from Italy with unusual minced meat! I haven’t made this with minced rabbit before, it turned out exotic :)

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Tomatoes 4 pc
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Bulb onions 1 pc
Minced meat (a rabbit) 500 g
bell pepper 2 pc
Italian herbs to taste
Spaghetti 300 g

Peel the onion and garlic. Chop the onion into small squares and chop the garlic finely, or grate it.

fry onion and garlic in oil until golden brown

cut the bell pepper however you want

Fry the peppers and onions for 5 minutes

Then throw in the minced meat and fry a little until white.

Cut the tomatoes and add them to the meat and vegetables, stir. Add all the spices to taste and mix again. Boil pasta until done

simmer the minced meat under the lid for 10-15 minutes over medium or low heat. So that it doesnʼt boil too much.
