Basic:

Garlic 5 clove
Salt to taste
Water 400 ml
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 3 pc
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Basil to taste
Duck 700 g

Prepare all products. Chop the duck into small pieces in advance. Peel the vegetables.

Rinse the meat well with water and dry.

Fry the duck in oil in a pan until golden brown.

Pour water and put on low heat. After boiling, simmer for 15 minutes.

Cut the garlic and onion into medium pieces.
