The secret of this dough is to knead it for a long time and not roll it out thinly. Thatʼs all! Many people love thin pizza, like in a pizzeria, but sometimes you want to remember the times (who lived through them) when we just began to learn about pizza, its existence and what it is eaten with, so to speak.
