Perfectly Risen Homemade Pizza Dough

The secret of this dough is to knead it for a long time and not roll it out thinly. Thatʼs all! Many people love thin pizza, like in a pizzeria, but sometimes you want to remember the times (who lived through them) when we just began to learn about pizza, its existence and what it is eaten with, so to speak. Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Wheat flour (approximately, look at the batch) 550 g
Water 300 ml
Sunflower oil 50 ml
Dry yeast (1 small sachet) 11 g

Heat the water slightly warmer than body temperature, pour it into a mixing bowl.

Add sugar, salt and yeast to the water.

Mix everything well.

Gradually sift the flour into the water and begin kneading.

Add and knead.

Add butter to the soft sticky dough and continue kneading with your hands.

Knead into a soft elastic dough.

Place in a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for half an hour (or until it doubles in size, depending on the freshness of the yeast).

Punch down the dough, knead it a little — and you can form the pizza. For fluffy pizza, you don’t need very thin rolling and preliminary proofing is very necessary — the first time without filling, and the second time with filling.
