How to make potatoes with porcini mushrooms fried in a frying pan? Take fresh porcini mushrooms. It is best to collect them yourself to be completely sure of their safety. Clean freshly picked porcini mushrooms from branches, blades of grass and soil. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and rinse well under running water. Then add water, bring to a boil and boil for about 15 minutes. Don’t forget to skim off the foam during the process. Then drain the boiled mushrooms in a colander.

Then add boiled mushrooms to the fried onions. Stir. Fry everything together for 3-5 minutes.

Peel and wash the required amount of potatoes. Cut the potatoes into strips and place them in the pan with the fried mushrooms.

Mix everything, cover with a lid and fry, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are cooked. This will take 15-20 minutes. At the end of frying, add a little salt and spices to taste. It is best to add salt at the end of cooking, otherwise the potatoes will break when stirring. Serve the finished dish hot immediately after cooking. When serving, sprinkle with some green onions.
