Quick & Easy Garlic Red Onion Guacamole

Great quick and easy snack! Tasty and healthy! Classic guacamole sauce can be prepared smooth like a paste, or it can be left in the form of a thick paste, somewhat reminiscent of a salad. Everything will depend on the consistency of the avocado. If its pulp is very soft, then even when stirring, the creamy structure of the avocado will perfectly combine all other products. If the avocado is a little dense, then so that the sauce does not look scattered, then it is better to beat it with a blender.

Basic:

Onion (red) 60 g
Garlic 1 clove
Tomatoes 90 g
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Hot pepper to taste
Avocado 1 pc
Lime 0.5 pc

In order to prepare classic guacamole sauce, you will need the following set of products: ripe soft avocado (it is better to let it be softer than denser), red onion, lime, extra virgin olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, any hot pepper, fresh tomato and garlic.

Of course, with juicy August tomatoes, the sauce will have a brighter, richer, more vibrant taste. “Winter” tomatoes from the supermarket are not exactly the same as those from the garden in the summer, but nevertheless they are needed for the dish. The tomato will need to be washed, doused with boiling water and carefully removed the skin with a sharp knife. Cut the tomato pulp into small slices and place in a bowl.

Peel the red onion, finely chop it and add it to the bowl with the chopped tomatoes. We also send hot peppers without seeds and peeled chopped garlic there.

Rinse the avocado, then cut it in half lengthwise, carefully “open” it and remove the pit. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the pulp, cut it into small pieces and add to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.

Add also salt, ground black pepper, olive oil and lime juice. Beat all prepared products together using a blender. You can leave minor inclusions of small slices until a perfect homogeneous mass is obtained.
