Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Onion 80 g
Garlic 3 clove
Salt to taste
Potato 250 g
Bay leaf 2 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Champignon 125 g
Dry spices to taste
Peppercorns 10 pc
bell pepper 50 g
Greenery 20 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Wash the potato tubers, peel them and cut them into medium-sized cubes.

Step 2

Step 2
Divide the washed and dried champignons into quarters or, if small. In halves. In the situation with wild mushrooms, size must also be taken into account.

Step 3

Step 3
After peeling and washing the onion, we also cut it into cubes.

Step 4

Step 4
At the same time, place two frying pans (or saucepans) on the stove. After pouring oil into both, wait until it heats up. Place the potatoes in one and fry over high heat for about fifteen minutes.

Step 5

Step 5
In the second, fry the onions and mushrooms for a quarter of an hour.

Step 6

Step 6
While all this is fried, we need to prepare the garlic, herbs and pepper. Chop them finely.

Step 7

Step 7
Combine the contents of both pans in a saucepan or directly in one of the high-sided frying pans.

Step 8

Step 8
After mixing everything, pour in boiling water so that the water lightly covers the contents of the frying pan or saucepan (depending on what you are cooking in). Add bay leaf and peppercorns.

Step 9

Step 9
Bring to a boil and, covering with a lid, simmer for 10 minutes. Then add salt and spices to taste, chopped herbs, garlic and bell pepper, mix everything and simmer under the lid for 5 minutes. If you suddenly see that there is not enough broth, add a little boiling water and, stirring, bring everything to a boil!
