How to fry breaded chicken nuggets at home in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary products. Nuggets can be prepared not only from chicken fillet, but also from legs, thighs, even drumsticks, the main thing is to cut off the skin from the purchased parts of the chicken carcass. Depending on the size of the fillet, you may need 1-2 chicken eggs for breading.

Wash the chicken fillet, cut off the films from it, cut each into long strips no more than 1 cm thick. If you wish, you can choose another cutting method.

Place the chicken eggs into a deep container and beat with a fork or whisk until fluffy for about 1-2 minutes. There is no need to beat vigorously, you just need to thoroughly mix the yolks and whites
