Garlic 3 clove
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemons 0.5 pc
Herbal mixture (Provençal) to taste

How to bake shrimp with garlic in the oven? Prepare the necessary ingredients. Choose large shrimp. I have Argentine ones, you can also take the more familiar royal ones.

Defrost and dry the shrimp first.

Wash the lemon thoroughly with detergent and dry. Squeeze the juice out of the lemon. Grate the zest on a coarse grater.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press.

In a deep bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic and herbs de Provence. Whisk everything together with a whisk or fork until the butter combines with the lemon juice.

Place shrimp in a bowl. Mix everything thoroughly. Place the shrimp to marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or preferably overnight. During marinating, stir the shrimp several times so that they are evenly saturated with the marinade.

Place the shrimp and marinade in one layer. Bake the shrimp for about 10-12 minutes at 200°C. King prawns need 8-9 minutes.
