Ingredients (4 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Green onions to taste
Zucchini 0.5 pc
Greenery to taste
red fish 300 g
Cream 300 ml
Pasta 300 g

Recipe instructions

Place salted water on the stove at the rate of 1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta. Cook until al dente.

Cut the red fish into small pieces 3-4 mm thick. Add salt, pepper, a teaspoon of flour or starch and mix.

Cut the zucchini into small slices.

Chop the greens.

In a preheated frying pan over high heat, fry the zucchini for 3-4 minutes. Place it in a bowl.
