How to make pilaf with turkey in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Take turkey meat without bones. It is best to use fillet. For pilaf, use long-grain rice so that it does not overcook.

Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces. Pour a little vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add the chopped meat. Roast the turkey for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

While the meat is roasting, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Cut the onion into cubes and the onion into half rings.
