Quick and Tender Chicken Fillet Chops

Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Chicken eggs 1 pc

Letʼs prepare the ingredients. If your chicken fillet is chilled, all you have to do is rinse it and cut it into portions. The pieces should be no more than 1 centimeter thick so that the chops are thin and well cooked. Chops from frozen meat will not be as tasty as from chilled meat, but if you only have chicken like this on hand, you can make it from this meat. You just need to defrost it and soak it well.

Prepare batter for chops. Beat a chicken egg into a bowl; if you use more meat for chops, then accordingly. The number of eggs needs to be increased. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.

Beat the egg thoroughly with a fork until smooth.

Add flour. Its amount can be increased or decreased depending on the consistency of the resulting mixture. The batter should look like thick sour cream.
