Put the cheese in a bowl and start adding the rest of the products to it. Letʼs beat the egg first. Sprinkle it with salt and spices.

Add mayonnaise — one spoon is enough. Yes, you can add sour cream, but mayonnaise will add spice in this situation. Stir everything and add finely chopped garlic.

All we have to do is mix everything and proceed to further steps. I have already put the frying pan on the stove, put the butter and spread the resulting spread on the inside of the bun. On the second slice I placed two slices of tomato (I regretted not cutting the slices thicker).
