Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Salt (pinch) to taste
Sugar 100 g
Cereals (instant cooking) 130 g
Butter 130 g
Chicken eggs 1 pc
Sesame 80 g
Sunflower seeds 100 g
Peanut 50 g

Recipe instructions

Grind the flakes into flour using a blender or meat grinder. Add roasted and finely chopped peanuts. Add regular sesame seeds and roasted seeds.

Mix everything.

Add sugar and salt to soft butter. Mix with a spoon. Add the egg and mix well with a fork until smooth. Add butter mixture to dry mixture.

Form cookies. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 170 degrees until lightly browned. Remove from the oven, let cool completely, and remove from the baking sheet.
