Ground black pepper (optional) to taste
Carrot (about 100 grams) 1 pc
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
Champignon 400 g

How to fry mushrooms with carrots and onions? First of all, prepare all the products. It is better to use fresh, young champignons.

Wash the champignons in clean cold water, dry them with napkins, or place them on the table and leave for a while to evaporate excess moisture. What is the best way to cut mushrooms? If you do not have large mushrooms, then cut them into thin slices. You can chop the champignons into cubes or strips, as you prefer.

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse under running cold water.

Chop the carrots into strips and chop the onion into small cubes. If desired, carrots can be grated on a coarse grater.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. For this recipe, it is better to use a frying pan with a thick bottom and edges. Send the champignons to fry. Over high heat, stirring, first evaporate all the liquid that appears from the mushrooms. Then reduce the stove flame to medium and stirring occasionally, fry for two to three minutes.

Add onions and carrots to the champignons and add salt to taste. Turn the heat up a little more than medium and fry until all the ingredients are fully cooked.

The carrots should become soft, and the onions and mushrooms should acquire an appetizing golden color. Taste for salt; if there is not enough salt (and this may happen because the carrots and fried onions sweeten it a little), then add more salt to taste.
