Basic:

Onion 1 pc
Tomatoes 3 pc
Salt to taste
Eggs 10 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Dry spices to taste
Minced meat 300 g
bell pepper 3 pc

Dice the onion.

Cut the pepper into cubes.

Cut the tomatoes into 4-6 pieces.

Beat the eggs with a whisk.

Fry the onion in oil for 3 minutes, stirring. Add pepper, stirring and frying vegetables until soft.

Add minced meat, fry until minced meat turns white.
