Ingredients (6 portions)

Basic:

Sugar 80 g
Water 100 ml
Ginger (2 cm ginger root) 10 g
Cranberry (You can prepare a similar sauce with different berries) 200 g
Ground cinnamon 0.5 tsp

How to make Cranberry Sauce with Ginger and Cinnamon? Measure out ingredients. Wash the berries, sort and dry.

Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices.

Pour water into a saucepan, add sugar, cinnamon and ginger. Bring the syrup to a boil, cook over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Remove ginger from syrup. Add cranberries.

Cook over low heat, covered, for about 10 minutes. Pour the finished sauce into a gravy boat and cool. Serve with meat dishes.
