Basic:

Tomatoes 2 pc
Hard cheese 140 g
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Greenery to taste
White bread 10 g
Smoked sausage 240 g

Cut the sausage and tomatoes into cubes.

Finely chop the greens.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Combine everything and season with mayonnaise.

Place slices of bread on a baking sheet, generously spread the filling on top, press down lightly with a spoon. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes, until the filling is golden and the bottom is nicely browned.
