Ingredients (2 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Chilli 1 pc
Tomatoes 3 pc
Salt to taste
Ginger to taste
Carrot 1 pc
Bulb onions 1 pc
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp
Salted cucumbers 1 pc
Paprika 1 tsp
bell pepper 1 pc
Lemons 0.5 pc
Starch 1 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Veal 300 g

Recipe instructions

Cut the meat into two parts, beat with a hammer and cut into small portions.

Place the meat in a bowl and add starch, paprika, soy sauce, black pepper and chili sauce to it and marinate.

Chop the onion.

Cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.

Using a sharp knife, cut the tomatoes.

Slice the pickled cucumber.

Cut the carrots into thin slices.

Chop some hot pepper.

Grate the ginger root.

Heat a frying pan over high heat, add vegetable oil and stir the marinated meat again.

Place the meat in a frying pan and fry, stirring with a spatula, then add garlic, ginger and onions to the meat.

Add carrots, bell peppers, chili peppers to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
