Ready tartlets 10 pc
Parsley to taste

Filling:

Tuna canned 200 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Rice 80 g
Eggs 3 pc
Pickles 2 pc
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp

Decoration:

Parsley to taste
Lettuce leaves 5 pc

How to make tartlets with canned tuna? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Choose cheese according to your taste, mayonnaise too. First boil the rice in salted water until done. Drain the water and cool the rice. Wash the eggs and dry with napkins. Open canned fish and drain any liquid or oil.

Boil the eggs hard. Then drain the water, cool the eggs and peel them. Cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater.

Shake off any excess liquid from the canned fish (if there is any left), transfer it to a plate and mash it into smaller pieces with a fork.

Dry the pickled cucumbers and cut into small cubes.

Grate the cheese on a medium grater. In a salad bowl, combine canned tuna, grated cheese, boiled rice, chopped eggs and pickled cucumbers.

Season all foods with mayonnaise. You can use homemade mayonnaise if you wish.
