Basic:

Onion 70 g
Garlic 1 clove
Chilli to taste
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Ginger 20 g
Chicken breasts 400 g
Carrot 70 g
Vegetable oil 5 tbsp
bell pepper 120 g
Greenery to taste
Sesame 1 tsp
Soy sauce 50 ml
Udon noodles 200 g
Teriyaki sauce 100 g

How to cook udon with chicken and vegetables? Prepare all the necessary products. You can replace the chicken with pork or beef, and choose vegetables to your taste and add, for example, zucchini, eggplant, and so on.

Peel the onion, garlic, carrots and ginger. Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds and core. Rinse everything under running cold water and dry with napkins.

Wash and dry the chicken breast. Cut the meat into thin strips.

Chop the onion into small cubes, bell pepper into thin strips, and grate the carrots in a vegetable cutter for Korean salads or cut into thin long strips by hand.

Chop the ginger with a sharp knife. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the ginger over medium heat for about a minute. Donʼt forget to stir constantly so it doesnʼt burn. Which frying pan is better to take for cooking? A wok or regular frying pan with high edges is ideal.

Send the chicken to fry. Cook, stirring, for about five minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the udon noodles according to package instructions.

Add finely chopped garlic, soy sauce and teriyaki sauce to the pan. If desired, you can use chili pepper at this stage. Mix everything, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for a minute or two.

Place the finished noodles in a colander. Place it in the frying pan.
