Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a fluffy omelette with milk and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your ingredients. Eggs must be fresh; the most delicious omelet will come from village eggs. Any cheese is suitable, as long as it is of high quality and without milk fat substitutes.

Step 2

Step 2
Take a deep bowl, break the eggs into it and stir with a whisk until smooth. There is no need to beat vigorously, just combine the white with the yolk.

Step 3

Step 3
Pour in milk and salt. Add salt carefully, keeping in mind that the cheese is also salty. Stir the mixture again and leave it to stand until all the salt crystals dissolve.

Step 4

Step 4
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Set aside some of the cheese for serving.

Step 5

Step 5
Add cheese to beaten eggs and stir.

Step 6

Step 6
For any omelet, the most important thing is a good thick frying pan with a lid. Then it turns out fluffy and doesn’t burn on the bottom. I have a frying pan with a non-stick coating and a thick bottom. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan over low heat. You can also use vegetable oil for frying, but with a creamy omelette it turns out much tastier. Pour the egg-cheese mixture into the pan.

Step 7

Step 7
Fry the omelette over low heat, covered, for about 7 minutes. During this time, the omelette will increase in volume. There should be no wet, unset areas left on the surface.

Step 8

Step 8
Transfer the finished omelette to plates, cutting into portions. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top. Bon appetit!
