Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to bake an avocado for breakfast? Prepare all the ingredients needed for this. The avocado in this recipe should be ripe and soft. I use quail eggs, but you can use any eggs of any size. You can use any spices you like. Lemon juice is needed to prevent the avocado from browning.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the ripe soft avocado and dry it. Using a sharp knife, cut in half. Remove the seed and remaining skins. You can leave the seed and germinate it — you can grow a wonderful indoor plant. Sprinkle avocado halves with lemon juice.

Step 3

Step 3
Make nests out of pieces of foil so that the avocado half holds tightly in it and does not turn over. This is necessary so that when you pour a raw egg into it, it does not spill onto the table or baking sheet in the oven. Place avocado halves in them and add salt.

Step 4

Step 4
If you use quail eggs, they fit just inside the seed hole. For chicken eggs, the recess should be made larger. To do this, use a spoon to cut out a place from the avocado pulp where the chicken egg will go. Carefully crack the eggs and pour into the avocado. Salt and pepper. Place the avocado halves with the egg in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 — 15 minutes. The time will depend on what kind of eggs you like: dry or slightly wet

Step 5

Step 5
Carefully remove the finished avocado with eggs from the oven, place on a plate and serve. A delicious breakfast with avocado and egg is ready. Freshly brewed tea or freshly brewed coffee will complement it perfectly. Bon appetit!
