Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to fry frozen peeled mussels in a frying pan? Very fast and easy! To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Using this recipe, you can cook not only mussels, but also any other seafood: squid, octopus, shrimp, etc.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse and dry the mussels. If you wish, you can first defrost them on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator and drain the water.

Step 3

Step 3
Also wash and dry the green beans. You can use fresh beans instead of frozen ones.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the garlic and chop finely. You can pass the garlic through a press.

Step 5

Step 5
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over high heat. Place the mussels.

Step 6

Step 6
Add green beans and garlic. Fry everything together, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7

Step 7
Reduce heat to low and fry mussels for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, sprinkle with spices and stir. In addition to the indicated spices, you can add your own to taste, for example, paprika, chili, ginger, etc. I added a little suneli hop. Since the recipe contains soy sauce, I did not add additional salt to the mussels. I had enough salt in the sauce. But you can add additional salt to your taste.

Step 8

Step 8
Drizzle fresh lemon juice and soy sauce over seafood. Mix everything and remove the pan from the heat.

Step 9

Step 9
Sprinkle the mussels and green beans with fresh herbs and serve with white wine. Bon appetit!
