Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 2 tbsp
Green onions to taste
bell pepper 1 pc

We prepare a delicious vegetable appetizer, which can also be a side dish, and prepare the necessary products with spices.

Cut two fresh zucchini into rings of the same thickness and place in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste and mix.

We bread each piece of zucchini on both sides in flour and place it in a frying pan for frying, after heating it on the stove, adding olive oil to taste.

Fry the zucchini over low heat until golden brown on both sides, then place them in a bowl.

Cut two tomatoes into cubes, cut the pre-peeled bell pepper into a similar cube and coarsely chop the green onions.

Place the vegetables in a frying pan, add olive oil to taste and lightly fry, stirring with a spatula.

We continue to simmer the vegetables for about seven minutes over low heat, covering the pan with a lid. After five to seven minutes, add lemon juice to the pan and, covering the lid, simmer the vegetables for another three minutes. Add the zucchini to the pan and, after stirring the vegetables well, continue to simmer over low heat for another five minutes, remembering to cover the pan with a lid.
