Quick Chicken and Veggie Ptitim in 30 Minutes

A bright and tasty lunch for the whole family in 30 minutes. The dish turns out very tasty and satisfying. You can take any vegetables to your taste, the most important thing is not to overcook them so that they do not turn into porridge. By the way, you can boil the poultry separately (you need to cook it in a lot of salted water, like regular pasta, and then put it in a sieve), and add it to the vegetables when it’s ready, so you definitely won’t overcook anything. Help yourself!
