Peel the onion, rinse in cold water and finely chop. Rinse and dry the chicken meat. Then cut into small pieces of approximately the same size.

Rinse the champignons in running water to remove dirt. Then dry them on a paper towel. Cut the washed champignons into pieces.

Then add chopped onions and mushrooms to the pan with the chicken. Fry everything together for another 2-3 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cover the pan with a lid.

Cook everything, covered, over low heat for 15 minutes. During this time, the chicken will be completely cooked, and the mushrooms will be fried and reduced in size.

Add cream to the pan. In a separate glass, stir the flour with cold water and pour it into the frying pan. Add chopped garlic, salt and a little spice. Add some grated cheese.
