A well-known side dish with an unusual addition! Vegetables on a home electric grill will not leave anyone indifferent, because they turn out incredibly tasty! Pumpkin and cauliflower are very unusual grilling ingredients. However, with the proposed marinade, the taste is very interesting.

Ingredients (3 portions)

Basic:

Garlic 2 clove
Olive oil 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Cauliflower 50 g
Carrot (Small.) 1 pc
Bulb onions (Young heads.) 2 pc
Champignon 6 pc
bell pepper 1 pc
Pumpkin 50 g
Rosemary (Fresh is better.) to taste
Cherry tomatoes 4 pc
Dijon mustard 1 tbsp

How to fry vegetables on a home electric grill? Prepare your ingredients. Take young onions. You can take the tomatoes on a branch, so the finished dish will look even more expressive. It is better to use fresh rosemary, but if it is not available, dried will do. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Remove the seeds from the pepper, cut out the stalk, and cut the pulp into slices. They should turn out more or less flat, so you need to cut off the part that is too curved.

Peel the carrots and use a sharp knife to cut them diagonally into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.

Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and also cut into pieces about 0.5 cm thick.

Cut the heads of young onions in half, after removing the roots.

For champignons, trim the bottom of the stem a little and cut the mushrooms in half lengthwise.

Try to cut the cauliflower florets into pieces about the same thickness as peppers, carrots and pumpkin.

Leave the cherry tomatoes whole.

Peel the garlic and pass through a press or grate on a fine grater.

Place all vegetables in a deep bowl. Pour olive oil into the vegetables, add chopped garlic and rosemary and Dijon mustard. It will give grilled vegetables an interesting flavor. Add salt and mix everything thoroughly. Place the vegetables to marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20-30 minutes.

Preheat the electric grill. My grill does not have a function for grilling vegetables, so I use the sandwich program. I do not lubricate the grill grates with additional oil. Place the mushrooms, cauliflower and tomatoes on the grill first. Fry the vegetables until browned.

If the size of the grill allows, you can load all the vegetables at once. I have a small grill, so after the first batch I wipe the grates with a paper towel and place the bell peppers.

Next, fry the carrots and pumpkin with onions. Place the carrots as diagonally as possible in relation to the strips of the grill grate. This will make a more beautiful drawing. Be careful with sweet vegetables: they burn much faster. Electric grilled vegetables at home are ready. Bon appetit!
