Basic:

Garlic 1 clove
Tomatoes 1 pc
Salt to taste
Ground hot pepper to taste
Beef 400 g
Bulb onions (All vegetables are medium size) 1 pc
Sunflower oil 1 tbsp

How to fry minced meat in a frying pan with tomatoes? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Fresh tomatoes can be replaced with canned ones in their own juice. Then you will get a thick sauce. It can be successfully served with pasta. Wash the beef under running water, remove excess fat and films if necessary and cut the meat into small pieces. Cut the onion into small cubes, and grate the garlic or put it through a press.

Pass the meat through a meat grinder with small holes, preferably twice. This will make the minced meat softer after frying. If you wish, you can use store-bought minced meat.

Then put the minced meat into the pan and, stirring, fry it for another 5 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into medium cubes. You can first remove the skin from them. Read more about this at the end of the recipe. Place in a frying pan, add salt and pepper to taste, and stir. At this stage, you can add any other of your favorite spices and herbs that are suitable for meat.

With the lid closed, simmer the minced meat over medium heat until the tomatoes soften. Stir the dish periodically to prevent anything from burning. Serve the finished dish hot. Bon appetit!
