Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make a loaf with cheese and sausage in the oven? To prepare this snack, you can take a loaf that is already sliced. I think itʼs very convenient. But, of course, you can cut the loaf yourself. A slightly dried out loaf that no one wants to eat is also perfect for this dish.

Step 2

Step 2
Take mayonnaise and ketchup. Instead of ketchup, you can use tomato sauce. You can also use tomato paste. But I recommend frying it a little in vegetable oil.

Step 3

Step 3
Mix ketchup and mayonnaise. This mixture should be spread on both sides of each piece of loaf. To make the loaf with cheese and sausage even more delicious, you can add a couple of cloves of garlic. Add chopped garlic to the mayonnaise and ketchup mixture.

Step 4

Step 4
Slice the sausage and cheese. Take sausage to your taste, for example, milk, sirloin or any other. Perhaps you have small pieces of different types of sausages in your refrigerator. They are perfect for this dish. You can replace the sausage with sausages or small sausages.

Step 5

Step 5
Take a suitable baking dish and line it with foil. If you don’t have such a mold, you can bake it on a baking sheet. Form the desired loaf shape from foil. Place a piece of cheese and sausage between each piece of loaf. As an option, you can also add tomato, cut into circles. It seems to me that the dish will only benefit from such a vegetable addition.

Step 6

Step 6
Cover the loaf with foil. Place it in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes. During this time the cheese will melt. The loaf will be soaked in a mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup and will become soft and tasty. The finished dish can be sprinkled with finely chopped herbs, dill, parsley, and green onions. Bon appetit! Cook with pleasure.
