Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
Butter 1 tsp
Eggs 4 pc
Hard cheese 30 g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Ham 100 g
Cherry tomatoes 8 pc

How to make eggs with ham and cheese in a frying pan? Prepare your food. You can use any ham, either pork or chicken/turkey. Any sausage or bacon will also work. Instead of cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes will do; they will need to be cut into slices. Take any cheese that melts well.

Prepare all ingredients immediately. Cut the ham into small pieces. I cut it into bars, you cut it as you like.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Cut large tomatoes into slices.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Place a frying pan over medium heat; it is more convenient if it has a non-stick coating. Pour vegetable oil on it and put a piece of butter. A mixture of oils is used to prevent the butter from burning. Place the ham in the heated oil, fry it for a couple of minutes, stirring. Then add the tomatoes to the pan. Carefully beat in the eggs so as not to damage the yolk. I first cleared a little space for them. Salt and pepper the scrambled eggs.

Fry the fried egg on the lowest heat. Then it will not burn, the whites will become stronger, and the yolks will remain liquid. I donʼt cover the pan with a lid to prevent the yolks from turning white. When the whites are completely set, sprinkle the eggs with cheese. Wait for it to melt, this will take a couple of minutes. And immediately serve the dish to the table.
