Chicken eggs 1 pc

How to make mineral water dough for dumplings? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Take sparkling mineral water, but without a strong taste or smell.

Sift the wheat flour into a deep bowl. Make a depression in the center.

Beat a chicken egg into another bowl and whisk it with a fork or whisk until the whites are completely dispersed.

Pour mineral water, vegetable oil into a bowl with the egg mixture, add salt. Whisk the mixture again until it has a uniform consistency.

Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl with the flour. Stir the ingredients with a spatula until they begin to form a thick dough.

Then place the dough piece on a floured work surface and continue kneading the dough with your hands until it becomes elastic and smooth.
