How to make chicken with cream and mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare your food. For this recipe, you can use both chicken fillet and any parts of the bird, with or without bones. Instead of champignons, any other mushrooms will do. It is better to use 20% cream for sauce, 10% is too liquid, 33% is fatty. Any greens will do.

Gently rinse the mushrooms and place on a paper towel to absorb excess liquid. Cut the mushrooms into halves or quarters, depending on their size. Keep in mind that mushrooms shrink in size during heat treatment; do not make them smaller.

Wash the chicken meat and dry it as well. Cut it into small pieces.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, pour vegetable oil into it for frying. Add mushrooms. Cook until lightly browned, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes.

Then add chicken pieces to the mushrooms. Make the fire stronger. Actively stirring the meat until it is completely white on all sides. This method of frying will seal the juices inside, which will make the meat juicier. Fry the chicken for 5-10 minutes, depending on the size of the pieces (fry longer for large pieces with bones). Salt and pepper the meat, stir.

Pour the cream into the pan and turn the heat to low. Simmer the dish at a low boil for about 5 minutes. Adjust the thickness of the sauce with the amount of cream; you may need more or less. At the end, add finely chopped greens.
