Noodles 200 g
Broccoli 100 g
Champignon 100 g
bell pepper 1 pc
Carrot 1 pc
Onion 1 pc
Sesame oil 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Sauce:

Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp

How to make noodles with vegetables and soy sauce? Itʼs easy enough. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Any noodles will do: rice, udon, buckwheat, even homemade. You can also replace the noodles with any long pasta, for example, fettuccine, spaghetti.

Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices. You can use both fresh and frozen mushrooms. But keep in mind that you need to take a third or half more frozen ones, because much more moisture will evaporate from them.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Peel the bell pepper from seeds and cut into strips. To make the dish beautiful and bright, take peppers of different colors.

Now prepare the necessary ingredients for the sauce. You can replace sesame oil with any other vegetable oil. If you use teriyaki instead of classic soy sauce, you do not need to add sugar.
