Vegetable oil 1 tsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make turkey juicy and tender in a frying pan? Prepare all the necessary ingredients. I use turkey thigh fillet, but this recipe can be used to make other turkey cuts as well. I use fresh meat; if it is frozen, it must first be thawed, leaving it at room temperature. Take a medium-sized onion. For spices, you can add bay leaf, allspice or your other favorite spices.

Step 2

Step 2
Rinse the turkey meat under cold running water and pat dry. Cut into small pieces.

Step 3

Step 3
Heat a frying pan over high heat, pour vegetable oil into it and place the chopped meat. Fry the meat on all sides until it changes color over high heat.

Step 4

Step 4
Peel the onions and cut into half rings. Add chopped onion to fried meat. Add salt, pepper and mix everything well. Fry the meat over medium heat for 15 — 20 minutes, uncovered and stirring constantly.

Step 5

Step 5
After 20 minutes, the meat will be ready: it will be soft, the onion will not lose its shape and will release all the juices to the meat. If you want the meat to break down into fibers (but the onion will then become a sauce), then cover the pan with a lid and continue cooking for another 30 minutes, remembering to stir.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the finished juicy turkey fillet on plates and serve hot. There are many options for a side dish: rice, mashed potatoes, pasta or vegetables. Focus on your taste preferences. Bon appetit!
