For the dough base:

Eggs 2 pc
Sour cream 4 tbsp
Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
Wheat flour 9 tbsp

For filling:

Ham 100 g
Mushrooms 100 g
Hard cheese 100 g
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Tomatoes 2 pc

To prepare a quick pizza according to this recipe, we will need a frying pan with a bottom of 28 cm in diameter. If you donʼt have a pan with this bottom, simply reduce the amount of ingredients suggested.

To prepare the base, mix eggs, sour cream and mayonnaise in a deep bowl and use a whisk to turn everything into a homogeneous mass. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of flour to the egg-sour cream mixture and knead into a thin dough.

Grease a cold frying pan with vegetable oil and pour the dough into it. Spread ketchup on top of the batter and the rest of the filling to your taste. I use chopped mushrooms, ham and tomatoes, and place the filling in random order.

Having laid out the mushrooms with ham and tomatoes, which I seasoned on top with salt and ground black pepper, I sprinkle the filling with grated cheese. We place the frying pan on the stove, first turn on the heat at full power for 2 minutes so that the crust sets, then turn the heat to minimum, cover the frying pan with a lid and bake the pizza in the frying pan until the cheese melts, about 8 — 10 minutes.
