Hard cheese 200 g
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
loaf (about 6 pieces, you can use any bread you like) 100 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make hot sandwiches with mayonnaise, garlic and cheese in the oven? Prepare your food. In addition to the loaf, any other white bread will do, as well as bread made from other types of flour. Whichever one you like best or is available, take that one. I think it will be delicious with rye bread. I took sliced bread, cut the whole loaf yourself.

Step 2

Step 2
Immediately turn on the oven at 200°C — while you are making the preparations, it will have time to warm up. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Any cheese is suitable for this dish — hard, semi-hard, soft, such as mozzarella. The main thing is that it is tasty, of high quality, without milk fat substitutes and melts well.

Step 3

Step 3
Transfer the grated cheese to a suitable bowl. Peel the garlic. Pass the clove through the cheese press into the salad bowl. You can also chop it or grate it on a fine grater. Adjust the amount of garlic according to your taste, I took one clove, you can take more.

Step 4

Step 4
I also decided to add chopped herbs, dill and parsley. If you or your loved ones do not like it, then cook it only with cheese.

Step 5

Step 5
Add mayonnaise to the cheese, mix well. The mass should become flexible enough to be easy to spread. But not liquid — such a spread will drain from the bread when heated. There is no need to add salt — both cheese and mayonnaise already contain salt.

Step 6

Step 6
Spread the cheese-mayonnaise mixture onto the pieces of bread. Do not put too much spread — it will melt and drain from the loaf. Take a baking sheet and cover it with baking paper — this will make it less dirty and the sandwiches will not stick to the bottom. Place sandwiches with spread on paper.

Step 7

Step 7
Bake the sandwiches in a preheated oven for 5-10 minutes. The cheese should melt and turn slightly golden. Serve the finished hot sandwiches to the table immediately.

Step 8

Step 8
I will add that to these sandwiches you can add not only greens for brightness, but also, for example, diced tomatoes, sausage, ham, bell peppers, and cucumbers. My sandwiches have tomatoes on top. Bon appetit!
