How to make beans in a frying pan? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Green beans can be purchased frozen in the store or used locally grown. Therefore, you can choose the base to your taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Boil fresh green beans before frying. What to do with frozen? In order for frozen beans to retain more vitamins and nutrients, they must be properly defrosted.

Step 3

Step 3
This can be done in two ways: leave it in the refrigerator overnight, or pour hot water over it. Then drain the water and cut it into small pieces that will be convenient to fry.

Step 4

Pour olive oil into a frying pan with a thick bottom and fry the sliced garlic in the oil. Instead of olive oil, you can use butter, it will be more flavorful, but you will need to be careful that it does not start to burn. Remove the garlic from the oil after 2-3 minutes of frying.

Step 6

Step 6
Place the cooked beans on the garlic oil.

Step 7

Step 7
Fry it until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Remove it from the pan and serve. Bon appetit!
