Step 1

Step 1
How to make turkey with onions and carrots in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose turkey meat without bones. An excellent option would be turkey breast fillet or thigh fillet. The composition of the spices is based on your taste. You can take a ready-made set of spices for chicken.

Step 2

Step 2
Cut the turkey meat into pieces. Try to make the pieces roughly the same size so they cook at the same time.

Step 3

Step 3
Heat a frying pan until hot and pour a little vegetable oil on it. Place the chopped meat and fry it for 7-8 minutes until browned. Stir the meat periodically to prevent it from burning.

Step 4

Step 4
Prepare the vegetables. Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them to remove dirt. Cut the onion into half rings or a little smaller. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Step 5

Step 5
Add chopped onions and carrots to the frying pan with the meat. Mix everything. Add a little salt and spices to taste. You can add ground pepper or other spices as a spice. Simmer everything together for about 10 minutes. You can cover with a lid so that the vegetables become soft faster.

Step 6

Step 6
At this stage, you can add some cranberries and heat everything together for another 5 minutes. An excellent side dish for this meat would be mashed potatoes or rice. Bon appetit!
