How to make rice with minced meat in a frying pan with tomato paste? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Minced meat can be taken from any type of meat. I will cook with minced pork. Take long grain rice. It will not boil over and will be crumbly. Rinse it several times in cold water and drain all the water from it.

Place the rice in boiling water and add a little salt. Cook rice until cooked according to package instructions. This usually takes about 20 minutes. The finished rice will become soft. You can undercook it a little, as it will ripen during subsequent stewing. Place the finished rice in a colander and rinse a little with water. Leave the rice to drain off any excess liquid.

Peel the onions and carrots and rinse them in running water to remove any dirt. Finely chop the onion and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Pour some vegetable oil into a hot frying pan and add vegetables. Fry them for 3-5 minutes over low heat. Vegetables should become softer. Donʼt forget to stir them periodically so they donʼt start to burn.

Then add the prepared minced meat to the pan. Mix it with vegetables and fry everything together for about 10 minutes so that the minced meat changes color. Determine the exact time based on your stove.

Next add tomato paste and some hot water. Sprinkle a little salt and spices to taste. Stir, cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes. During this time, the minced meat will be completely cooked.

Place the prepared boiled rice in the pan and mix it with the minced meat. Simmer everything together for another 10 minutes so that the rice has time to warm up and cook.
