Ground black pepper to taste
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Bulb onions 2 pc
Vegetable oil 20 g
Beef liver 500 g

How to make liver with onions in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. You can cook this recipe not only with beef liver, but also with pork or chicken liver. The liver can be cooked immediately or soaked in milk.

Peel the onion and rinse in cold water to remove dirt. Cut the peeled onion into half rings. There is no need to chop the onion very finely, as it will boil over when stewing.

Rinse the liver in running water and dry with paper towels. Remove the films. Then cut the liver into small pieces. The size of the pieces doesnʼt really matter. Focus on your preferences. Place flour in a small bowl. Roll all the pieces of liver in flour so that it covers them evenly on all sides.

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the chopped onion in the pan and fry it for a minute until translucent.
