Sugar 120 g
Apples 1 pc
Oranges 1 pc
Raisin 50 g
Red wine 750 ml
Peppercorns to taste
Carnation 1 tsp
Allspice 3 pc
Cognac 100 ml
cinnamon stick 2 pc
Anise 2 pc

First, letʼs prepare the fruit. Apples and oranges need to be washed well. Cut them into large slices.

I prefer to stick cloves into the orange slices.

Then you just need to add these spiced orange slices to the wine.

Now put cinnamon sticks, 2 anise stars in a saucepan, add allspice (3 peas or more).
