Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Pasta 200 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make pasta with zucchini? Prepare your ingredients. It is advisable to use young zucchini, with thin skin and small seeds. I used spaghetti for pasta, but any other type will do. You can use dry or fresh garlic.

Step 2

Step 2
Wash the zucchini and dry. If the zucchini is young, with tender skin and small seeds, then it is not necessary to remove them. It is enough to rinse thoroughly. But it is better to peel and remove overripe zucchini from the peel and seeds. Cut the zucchini into small slices.

Step 3

Step 3
Heat vegetable oil and butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Their mixture will not burn as if you used only butter, since the burning temperature of vegetable oil is higher.

Step 4

Step 4
Add zucchini. Fry them, stirring occasionally, over high heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5

Step 5
Sprinkle the zucchini with dry garlic, salt and pepper. Stir.

Step 6

Step 6
While the zucchini is cooking, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. This is when it remains a little hard, not boiled. Refer to the time indicated on the package. Place the finished pasta in a colander and let the water drain.

Step 7

Step 7
Add the paste to the pan with the zucchini and stir to coat. Warm everything together for 2 minutes and remove from heat.

Step 8

Step 8
Divide the pasta among plates. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired. Parmesan is best for this, but regular hard cheese can also be used. Serve immediately. Bon appetit!
