Garlic 4 clove
Olive oil (or vegetable) 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

How to fry vegetables on a grill pan? Very simple, first prepare all the necessary products. Choose any vegetables, for example, you can also take potatoes or carrots, and also add mushrooms to the dish. You can replace olive oil with any vegetable oil; for spices, you can take dried herbs or your favorite seasonings.

Wash all the vegetables well, remove the seeds from the bell pepper, and you can leave the stalk, it will be both beautiful and convenient when serving. You can leave or cut off the peel of zucchini and eggplant if you wish; its roughness will depend on the fruit itself. Peel the onions and garlic.

Cut the peeled vegetables as you like, leaving small tomatoes and garlic whole.

Prepare a marinade for greasing vegetables by mixing salt, pepper and vegetable oil in one bowl.
