An excellent side dish for a family lunch or dinner. The recipe uses turmeric, which gives the bulgur a pleasant yellow color. The finished dish turns out very bright, colorful and aromatic!

Ingredients (5 portions)

Basic:

Salt to taste
Water 2 cup
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Turmeric to taste
Frozen vegetables (More can be added) 200 g
Bulgur 1 cup

Letʼs prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Add vegetable oil to the multicooker bowl and add frozen vegetables. Turn on the “Frying” mode. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Wash the bulgur thoroughly, changing the water several times until it becomes completely transparent.

Cancel the “Frying” mode and add the prepared cereal to the vegetables.

Add water. Gently mix the contents of the bowl with a wooden or silicone spatula so as not to scratch the coating.

Salt and add turmeric to taste. Turmeric will give the bulgur a nice yellow color. You can also add other favorite spices. Cover with a lid and select the “Rice/Grains” mode. Cook bulgur with vegetables in a slow cooker for 25 minutes, until the beep.
