Hard cheese 70 g
Bulb onions 50 g
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Tuna canned (Save the broth from the jar) 200 g

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
How to make canned tuna pate with egg? Prepare the necessary ingredients. First you need to transfer the canned tuna meat into a tall blender glass. You shouldn’t pour out the fish broth just yet. It will be needed later to give the pate the necessary consistency. Boil the egg hard. Read about how to do this correctly in a separate article at the link at the end of the recipe. The amount of onion can be adjusted to your taste.

Step 2

Step 2
Peel the onions and cut into small cubes. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onion in it until golden brown. Read about how to choose the perfect frying pan, as well as how to choose the right vegetable oil in separate articles, links at the end of the recipe. Place the fried onion in a blender glass.

Step 3

Step 3
Peel the hard-boiled egg and cut it into several pieces. Place the egg in a blender glass with the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Step 4
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and add to the rest of the products. Salt and pepper to taste. Add 3-4 tablespoons of tuna can broth. This way the pate will not be dry. It’s difficult to indicate the exact amount of broth here; you need to take it by eye, since everyone’s tuna is different. I added four tablespoons.

Step 5

Step 5
Using an immersion blender attachment, thoroughly blend all ingredients until smooth and thick. Canned tuna paste can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two days. Bon appetit!
