Therefore, it must be removed from the refrigerator in advance, about 2 hours before cooking. Chocolate should be of good quality, but choose the bitter or classic version according to your taste. Chop the chocolate into crumbs with a sharp knife. To make this easier, you can first place the chocolate in the freezer for 15 minutes. In a solid state, it crumbles better. Choose the degree of grinding as desired; you can make the crumbs finer or coarser.

Grind the softened butter with sugar. In this case, you can use a regular fork or whisk.

Wash the egg and dry with napkins. Add the egg to the sugar-butter mixture. Beat everything until smooth so that the egg is evenly distributed throughout the entire volume of the mass.

Pre-mix the flour with salt, baking powder and vanillin and sift into the dough. Sifting the flour will help the cookies rise better when baking. Spoon the dough onto a parchment-lined sheet, giving the cookies a round shape. I used a baking dish with a diameter of 6 cm. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for about 20 minutes. Determine the exact baking time and temperature based on your oven.
