Wheat flour 150 g
Salt 0.5 tsp
Water 60 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Baking powder 0.5 tsp
Flax seeds 2 tbsp

Recipe instructions

Step 1

Step 1
Place flour, baking powder, and flax seeds in a bowl. In a glass, stir water, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. For lovers of salty salt, you can add 1 tsp. Combine everything and knead into a tight dough.

Step 2

Step 2
The main secret is that you need to knead the dough for no more than 5 minutes. With prolonged kneading, the crackers will be hard and dense. Cover the bun with a bowl and leave for 15 minutes

Step 3

Step 3
Roll out to a thickness of 2 mm. It is very convenient to roll out on a silicone mat and bake on it. If you don’t have a mat, you can use baking paper; it will be more convenient to transfer thin pieces to a baking sheet.

Step 4

Step 4
Cut as desired, prick with a fork

Step 5

Step 5
Bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Happy snacking!
